We talk a lot about the cross. We celebrate the resurrection. But what about the ascension?

This Sunday at CrossPoint, we continue our Apostles’ Creed series and look at one of the most overlooked truths of our faith: “He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.”

The ascension isn’t Jesus disappearing. It’s Jesus taking His place as reigning King.

It means Christ has authority. History is moving somewhere. Your life matters. Justice will come. And every choice we make carries eternal weight.

In a world that feels unstable, divided, and uncertain, the ascension reminds us that Jesus is not absent — He is enthroned.

And one day, He will return.
